Property monitoring Envoy can provide.
Envoy supplies and operates the monitoring for each property. It detects the monitored conditions, notices when a monitor stops reporting, alerts the assigned contact, tracks the response, and keeps the record. That work continues whether a property is occupied, vacant, or somewhere in between. The monitoring below is what Envoy provides today, and the list keeps growing.
If the monitoring is already there, Envoy absorbs it, verifies it, and expands it. If it is not, Envoy provides it.
Compatible existing monitoring can remain in place and connect to Envoy. The setup process identifies what can be incorporated and what monitoring needs to be added.
CURRENT MONITORING
What Envoy can monitor now.
Water Leak Detection
Water shows up under a sink, behind an appliance, or in a utility closet, often with nobody there to see it. Envoy places leak monitors where the property needs them and alerts you when one detects water.
Temperature
A room drifting cold or a freezer drifting warm both cost money, and neither announces itself. Envoy monitors ambient temperature and the temperature inside freezers and refrigerators, then alerts you when a reading moves outside the range set for that property.
Humidity
Damp air damages finishes, materials, and stored contents well before anyone can see it happening. Envoy monitors humidity and alerts you when a property is holding more moisture than it should.
Mold Condition Detection
Envoy evaluates temperature and humidity together to identify conditions favorable to mold growth. It does not detect mold or spores. When the readings show those conditions, Envoy alerts you and records the event.
Power
A power outage stops heat, cooling, and refrigeration, and takes the property’s connected systems down with it. Envoy watches the power state of the equipment it covers and alerts you to a loss. Envoy’s own monitoring runs on backup power, so it keeps reporting when the property does not.
Internet Connectivity, with Router Reboot
At most properties, the connected systems share one internet connection. Envoy watches whether that connection is working and tracks its availability, speed, and delay. When it fails, Envoy alerts you and can restart the router automatically or on demand, which resolves many outages without a trip to the property. Envoy’s own monitoring doesn’t run on the property’s internet, so it keeps reporting either way.
Occupancy and Motion
Activity matters whether a property is supposed to be empty or currently in use. Envoy alerts you to unexpected occupancy or motion based on the rules set for that property. It does not identify anyone, and it is not a burglar alarm or a substitute for one.
Geolocating and Geofencing
Tools, equipment, and other movable assets are supposed to stay where they are. Envoy tracks those assets on a map and alerts you when one crosses the property boundary. This covers assets kept at a property. It is not vehicle or fleet tracking.
WHEN ENVOY DETECTS A PROBLEM
The alert goes to the assigned contact.
Envoy sends each property-condition alert to the contact assigned for that property, then tracks what happens next and keeps a record of both.
If you got Envoy through a partner, the partner reviews the alert, talks with you about it, and arranges any work the property needs.
THE BOUNDARY
Envoy monitors property conditions. It is not an alarm system.
Envoy monitors property conditions and reports what it finds. It is not a burglar alarm, fire alarm, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, or life-safety system, and it should not be used in place of one. Those need their own certified equipment that alarms locally at the property.
Where you already have them, Envoy can watch them. It monitors that the alarm fired, alerts your assigned contact, and records the event, without replacing the alarm itself.
The list keeps growing.
The monitoring above is what Envoy provides today. You choose what a property gets when you plan the setup, so you aren’t buying the whole list.
If you need something that isn’t here, ask. Prism reads from any sensor, so the question is usually whether the monitor exists and what it takes to install it, not whether Envoy can carry it. Your Envoy partner or ObjectSpectrum can tell you where a specific request stands.
Two Ways In
Bring Envoy to the properties you serve or operate.
FOR PARTNERS
Add Envoy to the service you already provide.
If your company manages properties for other owners or provides recurring operational services, you can offer Envoy to your existing customers. Your company owns the customer relationship and coordinates the property response when an alert comes in. ObjectSpectrum operates Envoy and provides technical support.
FOR OPERATORS
Get Envoy on the properties you own or run.
If you own or operate your own properties, Envoy can come through a partner you already work with or from ObjectSpectrum directly. Either way, the monitoring is chosen for what each property actually needs, and someone you assign handles the alerts when they fire.
