Envoy is deployed through qualified partners: facilities management firms, property management companies, mechanical and HVAC service providers, and adjacent operational service firms with existing relationships in property operations. Partner coverage is expanding by industry and territory. If you are working with a partner who has not yet introduced Envoy, ask them about it. If you are in an industry or market where no active partner is yet engaged, the inquiry path below routes directly to us.
If you already have a service firm

If you already work with an operational service firm.

Most operators encounter Envoy through a firm they already work with: their facilities management partner, their property management firm, their mechanical and HVAC service provider, or an operational service firm in an adjacent category. If you are working with a firm in one of these categories and they have not yet introduced Envoy, that firm is the right first conversation. Envoy operates inside the relationship you already have rather than alongside it; introducing the platform through an existing trusted operational service relationship is the deployment path the model is designed for.

If you are not yet connected to an Envoy partner.

Coverage is expanding, but some industries, territories, and operational categories do not yet have an active partner. The Envoy partner roster grows deliberately rather than rapidly, with partners selected for operational fit. Operators in those areas can submit an inquiry directly, and We will either connect you with a partner whose footprint matches your operation or evaluate next steps with you if no current partner is the right fit yet.

What to expect.

If a partner active in your market and industry is a fit, the partner introduction happens within the first response. The partner takes the conversation from there; We do not run the operator-facing relationship. If no current partner is the right fit, the response explains whether coverage is expected to expand into your area in the foreseeable future.
