Partners

Partner with Envoy.

The customer relationships your firm already owns contain recurring revenue capacity you have not yet captured. Envoy converts that capacity into a recurring revenue line, an operational differentiator, and a structural reason customers stay with you longer.

In deployment

Deployed onto what your customers already have.

The platform deploys onto monitoring infrastructure your customers already have. The economics compound across your installed base. The relationship is multi-year and structurally aligned.
Four outcomes

What partnering with Envoy adds to your business.

Four outcomes compound over the life of an Envoy partnership.

Recurring revenue that compounds.

Every customer relationship you carry becomes a recurring revenue line in addition to the operational service you already provide. The revenue does not replace your existing business; it adds to it. As your installed base grows, the recurring line grows with it.

Operational differentiation.

Envoy gives your firm a structural capability your competitors cannot replicate by adding a software tool. The operational coordination and verification layer is something you operate inside the customer relationship; it changes what customers can expect from a service provider, not just what they pay for.

Account stickiness.

Customers running on Envoy through your firm become harder to displace. The operational record, the response coordination, and the verified infrastructure are all delivered inside the relationship you own. Switching costs increase without you ever needing to argue for them.

Installed-base economics.

The revenue model is wholesale-to-retail. You set the retail price for your customer; you pay a wholesale rate to ObjectSpectrum. The margin compounds across every customer you deploy, and the economics improve as your book of business grows.
Partner fit

Who Envoy is built for.

Envoy partners are firms with existing customer relationships in the property operations market. The fit profile is consistent across categories.

Facilities management firms managing property operations across regional or multi-regional portfolios. Property management companies operating their own portfolios or managing portfolios for owners. Mechanical and HVAC service providers with recurring service relationships at multifamily, hospitality, commercial and retail, student housing, rental and vacation homes, or industrial, utility, and telecom sites. Adjacent operational service firms with customer relationships that already include some form of monitoring, alert handling, or operational oversight.

The signal that matters most is installed base. Firms with active customer relationships in the property operations market are the firms Envoy compounds onto. Firms looking for a product to sell into new accounts are not the fit; the partner model assumes the relationship is already there.
The operating model

How partnering works.

ObjectSpectrum provides the Envoy platform, the operational infrastructure underneath it, partner enablement materials, technical support for deployment, and ongoing platform maintenance. Your firm provides the customer relationship, the operational service context, the deployment coordination on the ground, and the ongoing customer-facing operational work.

The relationship is multi-year and structurally aligned. Both sides have an economic interest in long-term customer success. The model is not designed for short transactional engagements; the value compounds over time, and the partner agreement is structured to match.

The Partner Model page covers the commercial and operational structure in detail.
What happens next

What to expect when you engage.

The Become a Partner form opens a structured conversation. The first conversation is qualification: whether the fit profile applies, whether the geographic and operational scope makes sense, and whether the timing is right on both sides. If the fit is there, the next step is a working session on what deployment would look like in your installed base.

ObjectSpectrum is not optimizing for partner volume. The partner roster grows deliberately, with partners selected for operational fit rather than just commercial readiness. Not every firm that engages becomes a partner, and that is by design.
