Know what is happening across the properties you manage, even when your team is not onsite.
Envoy supplies and operates the monitoring across your properties and brings all of it into one place. It watches for the conditions that matter at each one and notices when a monitor stops reporting. When it finds something, Envoy alerts the person responsible, tracks the response, and keeps the record.
If the monitoring is already there, Envoy absorbs it, verifies it, and expands it. If it is not, Envoy provides it.

What this looks like
The responsible team cannot be at every property.
A property may be occupied, vacant, or intermittently staffed while the owner, manager, or operator is somewhere else. Depending on what is monitored there, Envoy can detect a leak, an unexpected temperature change, lost power, or lost internet connectivity. Your team can see who received the alert and what happened next.
What Envoy is
Property monitoring and response in one system.
Envoy is a remote property-monitoring and response system. Not every property needs the same monitoring. What each one gets is decided when the deployment is planned, and Envoy runs it from there.
It brings the monitoring, the alerts, the response, and the record together across a portfolio, so the partner has one place to see monitoring status and follow what happened. That role is what makes Envoy the operational coordination and verification layer. Compatible monitoring and other property systems can remain in place and continue doing their existing jobs.
The four jobs
What Envoy does.
Know when monitoring stops reporting
Envoy verifies that connected monitors are reporting and surfaces monitors that stop. It can supply the monitoring, expand partial coverage, and incorporate compatible monitoring already in place.
Operational coordination
Envoy sends each alert to the contact the partner assigns and tracks the response. The partner assesses the property condition, communicates with its customer, and arranges any needed field work.
Portfolio visibility
Envoy gives the partner one view of what is being monitored, active alerts, where each response stands, and operational history across the properties it serves. Property-level systems can remain in place.
Operational accountability
Envoy keeps an operational record of detected conditions, monitor status, alerts, and response activity. The partner can review that record with its customer.
Two ways to engage
Become an Envoy partner, or find one for your properties.
For partners
Envoy partners offer Envoy as an ongoing service across the properties, sites, or assets they serve. They continue to own the customer relationship, receive and assess alerts, and arrange any needed field response. ObjectSpectrum builds and operates Envoy and provides technical support. The Partner Model explains how the ongoing service and commercial relationship work.
See The Partner ModelFor owners and operators
Envoy reaches property operators through partners. It detects the conditions each property is set up to watch for, and it notices when a monitor stops reporting. The partner owns the customer relationship and coordinates any needed field work.

Telecom
Get word of a problem at an antenna site, cell site, or remote shelter before someone drives out to find it.
Self-Storage
Cover climate-controlled spaces, equipment areas, and other parts of a facility that are not continuously staffed.
Built by ObjectSpectrum
Envoy builds on more than a decade of live operation.
ObjectSpectrum has supplied and operated remote monitoring in commercial applications for more than a decade. That work includes finding a problem, noticing when a monitor stops reporting, routing the alert, tracking the response, and keeping the record. ObjectSpectrum has also used machine learning as part of that monitoring work in live production environments throughout that time. Envoy brings that experience into a product built for property portfolios and the partners that serve them.
